Pettit Manifold Forms was started by Glen Pettit in 1958 as a business forms distributorship specializing in providing computer forms and other items that pertain to the preparing and processing of business forms.

Because of our nearly 60 years of serving a wide variety of clients, we have a thorough knowledge of the forms industry as well as a good working knowledge of business and how it functions. We know that well designed forms make for more efficient handling.
